Delivery & Returns

Shipping 

All orders for which we have available stock will usually be dispatched to you within two working days anywhere in the UK, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We will contact you if stock is not available at the time of the order; please provide relevant contact details.
Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge.

 

Returns Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy or unsatisfied with any Von Beauty product, please send us a note orders@vonbeauty.com with the reason for the return and why it is not working out for you. Please allow 24 hours for a response. 

Returns will NOT be accepted without a RO number. Please contact us at orders@vonbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.

If the package arrived damaged due to shipping, please take a picture, and contact us as soon as it is received. 

We cannot authorize a return or refund on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Returns sent back to the manufacturer with our RO number will not be processed.     

Refund Policy

The Process

Once the return is received and inspected, an e-mail will be sent to you with a proof of your refund.

Please allow 48 hours for refund to be issued to your method of payment.  

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account after 48 hours of return processing.

Check your credit card company.  Some credit card companies take 72 hours to issue refunds. 

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@vonbeauty.com.
