PLEASE NOTE OUR PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED FROM FULFILMENT CENTER, TILT MAKEUP.
WHICH SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
- We use DPD for UK deliveries and Royal Mail for international deliveries to EU and countries outside of the EU.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
- Deliveries for UK with DPD can take up to two days. We can however provide next day delivery for UK only, if the order is placed before 2pm. Please note DPD does not provide next day delivery to certain areas and postcodes.
- For EU, this might take between 10-14 working days due to Brexit.
- For international deliveries outside of EU this might take from 6-14 working days depending on customs clearing, Unfortunately, we cannot predict how long each country’s custom will hold the shipment.
- Please note your packaging maybe opened by customs on the entry to the receiving country.
- If your order is urgent, please email us orders@vonbeauty.com once you placed the order so we can try to expedite it.
DO YOU REQUIRE SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY?
- Orders with DPD (UK orders), require signature.
- Orders with Royal mail do not require signature.
HOW DO TRACK MY ORDER?
- For orders with DPD you will receive a text message with tracking number, if you have provided us with your mobile number.
- For Orders with Royal Mail, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Always check your spam or junk email for notification, if you still have not received any, email us orders@vonbeauty.com
CAN I ARRANGE SHIPPING WITH COURIER OF MY CHOOSING?
- Please email us orders@vonbeauty.com if you are planning to arrange for your own courier to pick up
- We will pack your order and provide you the weight and dimensions of the parcel with address to pick up.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
- We are working very hard to make the shipping available to all countries. However, now we ship to majority of EU countries as well as Singapore and Canada.
- Add your email to our mailing list so you can notify you of any changes.
- Shipping fees will be calculated once you place your order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?
- Orders being posted outside of EU will pass through customs and may be subject to duties and taxes which are decided by the receiving country’s customs. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Any additional country regulations, custom charges, extra charges, permissions, licences etc on importing products are the responsibility of the recipient.
I HAVEN’T RECEIEVED MY ORDER
- If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please email us as soon as possible orders@vonbeauty.com . Undelivered orders should be reported by yourself within 7 days of UK order, or 14 days for outside UK orders.
I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ENTERING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please contact us by email at orders@vonbeauty.com with the correct full shipping address. If the address is entered incorrectly, unfortunately this may cause delays with delivery of your order.
- Shipping addresses can not be changed after your order has been shipped.
